Curry Croissant Casserole

  • 350 grams amul cheese blocks cut into tiny pieces
  • 6 mini croissants pulled apart into 2 inch size pieces
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp madras curry powder
  • 1 jalapeƱo thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • Cilantro or chives for garnish

  • Step One: Lay croissant pieces in an 8x8 bakingdish which has been brushed with oil or sprayed with Pam.
  • Step Two: Beat eggs with salt, curry powder, andheavy cream.
  • Step Three: Pour the egg mixture on thecroissant pieces. Try to pour over all the pieces.
  • Step Four: Add cheese, jalapeƱos and mincedgarlic all around the croissant pieces.
  • Step Five: Cover with foil and let it sit in thefridge from 2 hours to up to 24 hours.
  • Step Six: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and brush egg wash on the croissant pieces.
  • Cover the dish back with foil. Bake for 30 mins. Uncover the dish and let it bake for another 10-15 mins until the egg is fully cooked.
  • Garnish with chives or cilantro and enjoy!
