Step One: Lay croissant pieces in an 8x8 bakingdish which has been brushed with oil or sprayed with Pam.
Step Two: Beat eggs with salt, curry powder, andheavy cream.
Step Three: Pour the egg mixture on thecroissant pieces. Try to pour over all the pieces.
Step Four: Add cheese, jalapeƱos and mincedgarlic all around the croissant pieces.
Step Five: Cover with foil and let it sit in thefridge from 2 hours to up to 24 hours.
Step Six: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and brush egg wash on the croissant pieces.
Cover the dish back with foil. Bake for 30 mins. Uncover the dish and let it bake for another 10-15 mins until the egg is fully cooked.
Garnish with chives or cilantro and enjoy!
