Naan Burrata Pizza with Mango & Cilantro Pesto | Easy Indian Fusion Flatbread

You know a dish is a winner when everyone in the house eats it without negotiating bites.
My husband, who’s famously not a fan of pesto OR burrata, took one bite and said, “Wait… this is actually amazing.”
And my baby? Let’s just say anything with mango, tomato, and cheese is a yes from him.

This naan pizza is now on repeat—not just because it’s quick, but because it tastes like a 10/10 summer dinner party… even on a random Tuesday.

The Time-Test

This might look like a chef-y flatbread you’d find at a fancy fusion café, but it’s secretly the easiest thing ever:

  • Uses Deep Foods frozen garlic naan as the base (no dough, no stress)
  • Cilantro pesto comes together quickly or can be prepped ahead
  • Topped with mango, cherry tomatoes, creamy burrata, and a sprinkle of chaat masala for that zing

From freezer to flavor bomb in under 20 minutes.

Why You’ll Love This Naan Pizza:

  • Bold fusion of Indian and Mediterranean flavors
  • Textural perfection: crispy naan, creamy cheese, juicy mango
  • Perfect for weeknights, entertaining, or using up leftovers
  • A hit with adults, toddlers, and pesto-skeptics alike

Spice Spotlight: Chaat Masala

This tangy, salty, slightly funky spice blend is the secret hero here.
Made with black salt, dried mango powder, and cumin, it brightens everything it touches—especially fruit and cheese.
A little sprinkle, and suddenly it’s not just pizza anymore.

Final Bite

If garlic naan and burrata had a love child, this would be it.
Bright, fresh, satisfying—and just quirky enough to be cool.
10/10 recommend eating with your hands.

Tell Me

Would you ever put mango on your pizza? Or burrata on your naan?
Tell me in the comments—or tag me if you try it. I promise you’ll convert a skeptic or two.
